font-size: 17px; text-align: justify;\">\n    Esta pol\u00edtica promueve la implementaci\u00f3n de mecanismos de seguimiento, evaluaci\u00f3n, medici\u00f3n y an\u00e1lisis que permitan identificar desviaciones, adoptar acciones correctivas y fortalecer la eficiencia, eficacia y efectividad institucional.
